Bad Meets Evil Hell: The Sequel Hits Gold
Just less than three months since its release on June 14, Eminem and Royce Da 5’9″‘s collaborative LP has now moved over 500k units in sales.
Tyler Meets Eminem For The First Time
Two of Tyler, The Creator's dreams came true in less than the span of a week.
The Odd Future frontman won a moonman at the 2011 VMAs for Best New Artst. Just a few days earlier, Tyler had gotten the chance to meet one of his idols while at the Tennent's ViTal music festival in Ireland.
"F*ckkkkk O My Atheist God. Goal List Check: I Told Him Relapse Was One Of The Greatest Albums To Me," Tyler tweeted after meeting Eminem backstage.
When asked about Odd Future back in June by MTV, Eminem said he had heard good things about them, but wasn't familiar with their work.
"I think that from the stuff that I've heard — I haven't heard a lot from them, I still have to go check out everything that they're doing — but I've heard enough to know that it feels like they're pushing boundaries and buttons, and that's definitely one of the things that I'm familiar with, especially when I first came out," Em said at the time.
